Polyol & Isocyanide in ratio of 1 : 1
The PUF is poured in situ to form insulation over the tank after painting the tank with polyurethane paint.
Thickness of insulation is 200mm all over, and checked for density requirement at different parts at random.

PUF has a closed cell foam structure of extremely low thermal conductivity.
Lowest maintenance costs and longer life of tank
Very low ageing rate ensures stable performance
Structurally strong and its low weight does not add much tare weight to tank

CLADDING MATERIAL

22 gauge thick Aluminium (sheet) bright cladding sheet is provided over the insulation as a protective measure.
The sheets seams are either riveted or screwed by self taping screws.
To prevent water seepage, the joints are closed by silicon sealant and also to prevent atmospheric moisture to get into tank insulated surface.
